Each player is permitted to hold one z666 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods or any other arrangement — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balance held in those accounts.
When you register on z666, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. z666 will not be liable for any losses or issues arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
You must keep your account details up to date. If any registered information changes — particularly contact details associated with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — you are responsible for updating your z666 account accordingly. Outdated payment information is one of the most common causes of withdrawal delays and z666 will not be held responsible for delays attributable to incorrect player-provided details.
Account verification may be requested at any time. Players who do not complete verification within the stated timeframe may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactory.
All deposits on z666 are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
Deposits made through JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are generally processed quickly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared in your z666 balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Third-party deposits — where the sending account is registered to a different person — are not permitted and will be reversed. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR through the same payment methods available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the name of the z666 account holder. z666 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method and account tier. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive prioritised processing, and Platinum and Diamond tier members benefit from same-day treatment on eligible withdrawal requests. Standard accounts can expect processing within the timeframes stated in the support section of the platform.
Before your first withdrawal, z666 may require identity verification. This is a standard process designed to protect your account and ensure that withdrawals are sent to the correct verified owner. Delays caused by a player's failure to provide requested documentation are not z666's responsibility.
Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum PKR withdrawal amounts apply per request and per period. VIP tier determines your applicable limits — higher tiers unlock higher withdrawal limits. Full details are available on the VIP page.
z666 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, rule violations or a disputed deposit on the account. In such cases, z666 will communicate with the player and resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all z666 promotions:
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting using z666 bonuses, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent — will result in the voiding of all bonuses and winnings and permanent account closure.
The z666 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts start at Bronze tier and progress automatically based on cumulative qualifying activity across all platform sections — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and Bingo all count toward VIP progression.
VIP tier benefits — including higher PKR withdrawal limits, weekly cashback, personal account managers and access to private game rooms — are reviewed and delivered in line with the tier requirements stated on the VIP page. z666 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits or structure with reasonable notice to affected players.
VIP tier is assessed on a rolling basis. Players whose activity falls below the maintenance threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review period. z666 will communicate tier changes to affected players via their registered contact details.
Personal account managers assigned to Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP members are available during support hours. They are there to assist with genuine account queries, not to override platform rules or Terms and Conditions on a player's behalf.
Each game section on z666 — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo — operates under its own set of game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Game rules are accessible within each section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise in the game rules.
For Sports Betting, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. For cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — the result as declared by the relevant cricket board is treated as final. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled are settled according to the specific sports betting rules stated on the platform.
For Live Casino games, the result displayed by the live dealer system at the time of settlement is final. Technical issues affecting a player's device or internet connection do not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided — only verified system-side faults are reviewed for void consideration.
z666 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or any circumstance in which the displayed odds or outcome do not reflect the intended game conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on z666. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile payment provider while funds have been used for gaming activity is considered fraudulent conduct. z666 will pursue recovery of such amounts through all available means and will permanently close the associated account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request and there is no outstanding rule violation, any verified PKR balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable review period. Where closure is due to a rule violation, z666 may withhold funds pending investigation.
z666 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, reliable and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be entirely free of errors or technical issues at all times.
z666 will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, third-party payment processing delays, or events that constitute force majeure.
z666's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the PKR balance held in their account at the time the relevant issue arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Gaming losses: z666 is not liable for gaming losses. All betting and gaming activity involves risk, and the player accepts that risk at the time of placing a bet or participating in a game. Losses arising from fair game outcomes are not grounds for a refund or compensation claim.
